An Exciting NEW Vacancy has just become available from our client a Multi Michelin Star Restaurant within a Country Hotel
This demanding role is for a Head Pastry Chef, who will manage a small team of Pastry Chefs within this busy hotel,
You will be working in your own separate kitchen producing pastries, cakes, Starters, Breads for the Hotel’s Restaurant and the Michelin Star Restaurant
Ideally you will be experienced to Multi AA Rosette or Michelin Star Standards
You may be a Sous or Senior Sous chef looking for your next career move
This kitchen is a very busy kitchen due to the popularity of the hotel and restaurant features, the hours will be long but the rewards worth it.
The hotel is going forward in their approach in increasing their quality, service to its clientele through new and exciting functions and events, this hotel is used for Weddings, Corporate functions and as a country get away for couples wanting to use the hotel award winning Restaurant and Spa
This Hotel is looking to increase their accolades further and need a good team leader within the pastry kitchen to push new creations and ideas with the ambition to increase the quality.
You will have experience in managing staff, Staff rotas, food budgets and costing’s
You will have references from previous employers showing your progression within your career
Ideally you will have your own transport as this hotel is in a remote location with very limited public transport available
Your Hours will be a minimum 45 hours a week and you will work 5 out of 7 days, there are no split shifts only straight shifts
Temporary accommodation is available while you sort out your own accommodation
