Good day to you I hope you are well and having a great week. I am delighted to share with you a really fabulous new role working for our client a 4* Corporate Hotel in Buckinghamshire.

Sous Chef
Start date: ASAP
Reporting to: Head Chef
Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days
Shifts: Early, Day, Evening, Weekends
Live in accommodation possibly available

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for a small team of Chefs
Departments covered: Restaurant/Conference & Banqueting/Bar
In liaison with Head Chef, develop new menu ideas & presentation methods

Sous Chef
4* Hotel in Buckinghamshire - £28K plus tips

• Location: Shared on application – Buckinghamshire
• Hours: Standard 45 hours per week over 5 days however you will be expected to do more if required
• Required: Work authorisation for the UK…sorry there is no sponsorship for this role
• Interviews: In the UK and you would pretty much need to be currently living in the UK or able to be in the UK in the next month at your own expense

An Exciting NEW Vacancy has just become available from our client a corporate 4 star hotel within this small established hotel chain

This high profile hotel is well known within the industry, with outstanding reviews on the service they deliver to their clients

• You will have experience working within a Hotel kitchen 4 stars or more as a Sous Chef with preparing and cooking dishes for a variety of areas, cooking buffet menus, wedding menus, hotel restaurant dishes, managing and motivating a team of Chefs.

YOU The Exciting Professional

Your experience will include

• 3 years’ experience working in a 4*, 5* or Rosette Awarded Property as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP
• At least 5 years’ experience within a High end Hotel or Restaurant
• Experienced in Banqueting functions
• Able to adapt to a variety of menus restaurant, bar, banqueting at the same time
• Experienced in managing and training Junior Chefs
• Full understanding of food controls & experience of ordering & menu pricing
• Be enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to succeed in your career
• Proven man-management skills with the ability to lead and motivate others

The Essentials

• You will need to be eligible to work and live within the UK
• Due to our client’s remote location and limited public transport you will need your own transport (Motorcycle or Car)
