Sanitation Officer - 5* Cruise Line

• Excellent Tax free salary
• Contract 5 months on and 2 off
• 1 month vacation pay

You the Candidate
You will have worked in a ‘Sanitation Manager’ role previously…or equivalent within a Cruise liner ideally. You will have the savvy to ensure the hygiene onboard is at an exceptional level. You will preferably be able to start immediately and have the skills to train and develop your fellow Crew in the competence of extreme USPH / UKPH levels.

The Role - Sanitation Officer
The Manager is responsible for carrying out shipboard hygiene and sanitation inspections in order to help achieve and maintain food and water safety on board. Their role is to help protect the public health of all passengers and crew and to minimise the risk of any food or water related illness and relevant communicable diseases. The Sanitation Officer - interacts with all department heads within deck, technical and hotel on board and reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef. They will also liaise with and report significant public health issues to the Hotel Operations Manager, Executive Chef and Senior Public Health Officer.

Previous Cruise ship experience is required.
