Bonus: Yes, you are eligible for a BONUS of up to 40% of your annual salary!
Berthing: Single Cabin
Rotation: 4 months on and 2 months off working 7 days a week whilst on-board

Required: You to manage, fund and successfully complete a shipboard medical (circa £450UK) and police background check (circa £25) source a US C1/D visa ($162US) and an STCW Security Awareness certificate ($50US) if successful with a job offer. Reimbursement of the US C1/D visa and $200US contribution to the medical once shipboard.
The Fabulous Role

This is a superb position with this great cruise line company. With their fleet of ships, they have decided to introduce an analytical function on-board which will be managing all areas which have the opportunity of enhancing the guest spend whilst cruising. These areas include Spa, Retail, Shorex, Bar, Photography, Future Cruise Sales and more. This position will have all of these departmental leaders reporting directly to you. Focus will be on numbers and strategy and working with data analytics, data science and marketing operations. You will be crunching numbers through spread-sheets and including ways to work with your team to further increase the ‘spend per head’ of the sailing passengers through ‘soft’ approaches and not a ‘hard-sell’ directive. Working 7 days a week for a 4 month contract, your energy will be fabulous and able to motivate, lead and guide managers to come up with new and inventive ways to improve their bottom line sales.

The On-board Marketing Manager role aims to maximise sales and profitability through on-going analysis and assessment of our cruise products. Working with all of the on-board concessions and revenue generating outlets, you will be motivating, creating, driving and supporting additional revenue spend from the guests on-board.

You The Incredible Professional

You will currently or very recently have worked in a similar role where you are experienced in analysis, financials, data science, marketing executions and retail operations experience too. Maybe you were working as a creative and proactive Financial Analyst, and had the same genre of ‘reports’ in your team.

If you have not worked at sea, then not to worry, you will most likely come from a strong and large hotel function with rooms of over 300+. Your CV will show very clearly your success of analytical successes in the position. It will evidence budgets you were set and achievements to identify to ‘me’ that you had total control of the numbers, analysis and revenue generating areas. This role does not‘touch’ such concepts as ARR or REVPAR, so we would be looking for other ways in which you have been developing the company bottom line to be shown in your CV.
