Job Description:
Cruise ship experienced Executive Sous Chef required for our cruise client.

Previous Cruise Ship experience and 4* / 5 * Hotel background as an Executive Sous Chef / Executive Chef. Good attention to detail, proactive, innovative and motivating.
Experience in International cuisine and High volume banqueting required.
Good leadership skills required.

Excellent salary and rotation.
