The AMAZING Opportunity
The Director, Fleet Workforce Management effectively oversees Deck and Technical planning, designs, develops and evaluates human resource-related initiatives that support Sea-going organizational strategic goals. The Director leads responsible for talent assessment and effective labour relationships, including the oversight of negotiating and administering labour agreements for seagoing employees on Fleet. A key member of the Fleet HR leadership team, you also champion the company’s culture, values, and broader HR vision while partnering with our business leaders to help them build and sustain their organizations.
YOU the PERFECT Candidate
• You will be a US National or able to work in the US already with work authorisation. (sorry this role doesn’t offer sponsorship)
• You will come from a maritime / cruise background most probably
• You might be working in a similar role right now…or looking for that next step-up into a Director role
• You will be BRILLIANT at leading teams, organising and with experience most likely of ‘Staffing’ too.
• You could come with Union exposure and experience.
• You DON’T have to have an HR background but if you do it’s a plus.
• You might be currently a Captain on a mega cruise liner and looking for a shoreside move
