• Role: Hotel Sales Manager
• Brand: A really FUNKY New Hotel Concept with hotels in the internationally
• Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Website: it’s COOL - an application
• Required languages: Fluent French & Fluent English & Fluent Dutch (preferable)
• Desired additional language: Flemish
• Leading: One direct report – Junior sales
• Start date: ASAP!
• Salary: Circa €60,000 Euros++ (happy to talk about this for sure)
• Bonus: YES – circa 15% determined by KPI’s
• Additionals: Laptop / phone / car (might be pool car)
• Reporting to: Reporting to the GM and dotted line to Head of Marketing based in the UK
• Your Experience: From quirky, independent, boutique hotel properties
• Your Experience: Brussels experience is a MASSIVE plus

The Hotel
• Based in Brussels
• Currently 55 rooms – developing to 148
• A team of 40 in the hotel property
• Working in a superb group of professionals where the will operate as ‘ONE’ with no such division of duties
• A tasty F&B function with ‘light’ breakfast and meals on offer
• Working MICE effectively
• Large conference room which can be split into 3
• Cinema in the hotel and Restaurant can be used for events / meetings

YOU The Brilliant SALES Manager
• Currently an established SALES MANAGER in a similar type cool hotel in Brussels
• Experience of the Brussels market for 4+ years
• Previous ‘Hotel Opening’ a massive plus
• Fluent French & Fluent English & Fluent Dutch
• Managing the whole of the sales function
• Talented to develop the hotel to full occupancy through business development with tourism, functions such as embassies, airlines, city events, concerts, functions et al
• Able to be out and about and present to pitch for new business using presentations (Prezzi / PowerPoint perhaps)
• Ability to create sterling relationships and close deals
• Experience of leading a team before (at least one other)
• Skilled with a plethora of talents
• Standards and sales driven
• Opening experience of a similar property
• Will be the brand person on the continent representing the firm as a business
• Needs to be able to think out of the box and do things a little differently
• You understand the Millennial traveller, their needs and how to attract and retain them
• Focussed on sustainability and ‘Green’ with minimum waste
• You could be a Sales Manager from a property similar to: Citizen M; Mama Shelter; The Hoxton Group; The Moxxy or another fun design hotel!

• 20 sites – 10 cities – 5 years and lots of future opportunity
