It’s time for a NEW ADVENTURE! This is an AWESOME OPPORTUNITY for a person whom is already working as a Senior Bar Manager or F&B Manager currently working on a mega cruise liner.

• The Role: Travelling Beverage Operations Manager / Special Projects
• With: A MAGNIFICENT 4* Cruise Liner
• Salary: From $6,350.00 US TAX FREE per month worked
• Rotation: 4 months on and 2 months off
• Bonus: Annual bonus of up to 40% subject to conditions
• Required: US C1/D visa, company cruise medical and a little bit more
• JD: Attached
• The Role: Travelling from ship to ship across the fleet supporting special projects in coordination with shoreside activity too
• Start date: NOW!

The GREAT Role Overview
• In conjunction with shore side Director of Beverage analyzes all current procedures regarding specific assigned projects and develops systems to implement/improve.
• Responsible for developing/delivering training of any new procedural improvement
• Responsible for testing and reporting on success/failure of any new procedure.
• Evaluates viability of rolling out new procedures fleet-wide.
• Develops procedures, guidelines for new product implementation.
• Consistently reviews current standards and suggests improvements.
• Shares best practices fleet wide and with shore side management team
• Assumes the responsibilities of the Traveling Bar managers as needed
• Assumes the responsibilities of the onboard Beverage Manager as needed, to gain an understanding of the operation.
• Aids in organizational planning by participating in departmental conferences and environmental health seminars and appropriate training courses.
• Prepares a variety of reports and letters utilizing personal computer system and equipment.
• Attends meetings, training activities, courses and all other work-related activities as required.
• Performs related duties as required. This position description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the shipboard employee occupying this position.
• Shipboard employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

• This role is ONLY for a candidate whom is currently working at sea as a BAR MANAGER or F&B Manager (or senior) on a mega cruise liner.
• You will know USPH inside and out
• You will have a proven track record of proven success in your current and recent roles with full evaluations and positive written references on file.
• You will have a FABULOUS mind for coming up with NEW IDEAS
• You will be happy to travel around the fleet from vessel to vessel working long hours and jumping on and off ships (not literally!)
